Close your eyes. Take three deep, ujjayi breaths. Listen to the space between thought and prepare your palate to experience chocolate.

Describe what you see. What is the shape, color, sheen and texture?
TOUCH
Run your finger against the chocolate, noticing its texture and releasing the aromatics.
SMELL
Bring the chocolate to your nose. Close your eyes, cup your hand around the chocolate and inhale deeply.

We have been sourcing Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance certified cacao for over 15 years. We are powered by 100% renewable energy and abide by a green purchasing of procuring only post-consumer recycled board and biodegradable materials. Our kitchen exclusively uses Organic cream and sugar.

I adore the texture of caramel blended with the infusion of complementary flavors of blood orange with the aromatics of hibiscus. Vosge chocolates have been all of this for texture, flavor and aromatic experience since I discovered them in downtown Chicago on a wall of chocolates in a sandwich shop in early 2000. What a discovery! Now when I travel from OHare airport I pick up Vosge gift boxes to give my hosts when I arrive. Or 2 piece boxes for amazing service along my travels…
The name of these caramels was misleading, they were delicious caramels but not nearly enough blood orange profile.
The answer is YES. It was perfectly balanced and delicious. A box of these caramels is a perfect gift.
