Orders placed on vosgeschocolate.com are eligible to ship the following business day. Same-day shipments are not available. 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

We currently ship to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. All orders are shipped from our Chocolate Temple Warehouse in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Cooler months: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Warmer months: Limited shipping is available Monday through Wednesday. For up-to-date availability, refer to the shipping calendar at checkout. Please also refer to our Warm Weather and Summer Shipping Policy for more details.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday in most areas, and many residential addresses qualify for Sunday delivery. No pickups are made on weekends or during bank holidays such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

SHIPPING METHODS

If Ground shipping is unavailable during checkout, 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping will be required to maintain product quality during transit.

PACKAGE HOLD POLICY

We may hold shipments until the following Monday to minimize transit time and ensure the chocolate arrives in perfect condition. This is applicable when:
  • Certain zip codes require 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.
  • Weather conditions require cooling materials (which last up to 3 days).
  • The order contains highly perishable items with a short shelf life.
  • Temperatures at the destination exceed 95°F.

WARM WEATHER & SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY

To prevent chocolate from melting, we provide 2nd Day shipping and include cooling materials where necessary. From June to August, all Arizona shipments require Overnight shipping.

ALCOHOL SHIPPING

You must be 21 or older to purchase or receive wine deliveries. An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery. We do not ship wine internationally or to the following states: AL, AK, DE, KY, MA, MI, MS, NJ, OK, RI, SD, TX, UT, VT.

If you do not meet the minimum order total required to get free shipping, you will be charged according to the chart below.  All shipping thresholds are before tax and after discounts.

Free Shipping: Orders $125+ are eligible for free shipping with code: SHIPME. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, or Canadian shipments. See full terms and conditions here.

Bulk Orders

    • Orders over $300 incur a shipping fee of 2.5% of the order total. Bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping offers.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Residential deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, 9am-8pm.
  • Business deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Note: 2nd Day and Overnight are weekdays only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship to Canada. Free shipping is not available for Canadian orders. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping rate for residential locations. For business deliveries, additional fees may apply.

HIGH VOLUME SHIPPING

During peak seasons, we may use alternate carriers to ensure timely delivery. Please monitor your tracking number for carrier and delivery details.
