Two years in the making, Le Château Gingerbread Haut-Chocolat Calendar of Advent is a marvel inspired by the Notre Dame cathedral. Picture a grandiose castle with a vaulted ceiling, ornate columns, candied stained glass windows, and flying buttresses. It's adorned with glitter-encrusted icing, a shimmery gumdrop roof, snowy pearls, and swirling peppermints. Nostalgic candy pieces and gingerbread characters come to life in a magical orchestra playing the Nutcracker Op. 71 Russian Dance, March of the Wooden Soldiers, and Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Violin Concerto in F Major with their peppermint pipes and candy cane flutes.

Celebrating deep traditions and happy rituals, this box fills hearts with treats, the spirit of giving, and pure holiday magic.
In September, true to the past, we will launch a second Advent Calendar, similar in size and price to last year's along with our Advent Refill Giftbox.

Our 62% cacao dark chocolate is one of our most intense and has a deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry notes.
At the heart of our mission is creating luxury chocolate collections with responsibility to the environment that sustains our earth. We have been sourcing Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance certified cacao for over 15 years. We are powered by 100% renewable energy and abide by a green purchasing of procuring only post-consumer recycled board and biodegradable materials. Our kitchen exclusively uses Organic cream and sugar.

So happy that I got myself the gift of the Gingerbread Advent Calendar . I love the anticipation everyday of opening a new drawer and being surprised with whatever delicious treat is waiting for me. This is a wonderful gift for others as well.
we have had the Vosges advents in the past and this year we decided to splurge on Le Chateau. We have no regrets! We light it up and play the music everyday. It's truly the best advent we have ever had! How will they top themselves next year? I can't wait to see!
I love a Vosges Advent calendar. I have purchased one every year since Vosges first released one. Some year's calendars have been more successful than others. This year I bought one of each calendar offered. I was expecting the Gingerbread calendar to be the superior calendar since it was billed as a limited edition item at a higher price. And while I did enjoy the extra cookies that came in it, a lot of the day's offerings were the same as the lower priced calendar. The christmas candle that came with it was nice enough but I could have lived without it. And the Santa Secret Sack was janky. It came with four caramel squares (that were the same ones in the day 25 drawer), two mini bars, a peppermint lollipop that was made by some other company, and a package of five caramel marshmallows. I was hoping for a a box of peppermint gnomes. So while I'll continue to buy Vosges Advent calendars, there wasn't anything special enough to justifying buying this one. Next time I'll just stick to the regular calendar.
It is my second year ordering the Advent Calendar and I've been blown away with the details and how fun and whimsical it has been. As always, the chocolate is delectable.
We absolutely love the house, the chocolates, the whole vibe of this product; it was a big win for my wife. BUT, it did not include the charger, santa bag, or candle mentioned in the material that came with it. I tried to respond to this email, but no reply, and I don't see a customer service number. HELP!
