Blood & Sand
A classic scotch cocktail taken up a notch with the addition of our Chef Pascal cocktail garnish. A sumptuous pairing indeed.
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Scotch
- 1 oz cherry brandy
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- Chef Pascal Truffle
Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
Fill with ice. Shake vigorously.
Strain into cocktail coupe.
Skewer a Chef Pascal Truffle and brandied cherry. Place pick atop a cocktail coupe. Serve and enjoy.
