When will my Advent Calendar ship?
The Le Château Gingerbread Calendar of Advent will begin shipping the week of November 18th, 2024.

What is the Advent return policy?
Due to its exclusive, handmade nature, the Le Château Gingerbread is not eligible for refunds, returns or cancellations.

Why did you charge me today if it is shipping in November?
As a made-to-order item, prepayment secures your Le Château Gingerbread, ensuring we have one of these limited-edition Advent calendars just for you!

Can I use my rewards points or a promotion to purchase a calendar?
Vosges Advent Calendars are not eligible for rewards, discounts, or promotions.

What makes this Advent calendar so unique?
This calendar is only available for made-to-order pre-sale June 20, 2024 to July 24, 2024. The most luxe calendar Vosges has ever created, this chateau stands 19 inches high by 11.5 inches wide (closed) and 24.5 inches wide (open) and includes three songs, new chocolate confections, a Vosges x Linnea & Co. Limited Edition Candle, and a Santa's Gift. 

How will my calendar arrive?
Each Le Château is securely packed and padded in the proper shipping container. The included holiday candle and exclusive Santa's surprise bag will arrive in a separate box.

Do I need to store it in the refrigerator? 
No! We craft chocolate for each calendar that is safe to keep out on display and experience throughout the Advent season.

How do I recharge the calendar?
The included USB-C charger plugs into the right side of the calendar, next to the light and sound control buttons.

Are descriptions of each chocolate included with the calendar?
Yes, every calendar contains a chocolate map that describes each confection.

Do you offer a gluten or dairy-free option?
Although our calendar includes gluten and dairy-free days, we do not offer a full gluten or dairy-free Advent calendar.

Are your Advent Calendars reusable? 
Yes. Many of our guests collect each year's edition, refilling and displaying them for years to come.

Can I buy a chocolate refill for next year? 
Our Calendar of Advent refill is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. You can sign up here to be notified when the refill drops.

Will you offer another Advent calendar closer to the holiday season?
Yes. We will launch another limited edition Advent calendar mid-September. It will be a different design and chocolate assortment. You can sign up here to be notified when the next Advent calendar drops.
