A Bedtime Ritual

Recommended 2 hours before bed.

  • First, I always stop usage of my devices starting at 7 PM. I can then dedicate my focus to my breathing and visualization.
  • Next, I make my cacao butter rich golden milk elixir. It has no caffeine, so it won’t interrupt my wind down time.
  • I drop a favorite truffle into the elixir while making a wish.
  • Then, I light a wand of Palo Santo and with the smoke my wish is carried upwards into the universe.
